Bamboo Labs LLC ("Bamboo Labs," "we," "us," or "our") builds a family of software products and sells hardware and merchandise. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at bamboolabsllc.com and to the products and services we operate, including TheMap.Network, LeetPage, ConventionBase, BreachBench, FaceBrief, CommsForAll, ReminderBlox, and the MadeBearyWell store (together, the "Services").
Each product may have its own product-specific notice with additional detail. Where a product notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice controls for that product.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment providers (see Third Parties below). We receive limited information such as the last four digits of a card, the card brand, and whether a charge succeeded.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We retain order and transaction records for as long as required to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account and associated content at any time (see Your Rights).

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some products may set a higher minimum age in their own terms. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
